Event Name : Kalakari

Event Description :On 9th March, the VESIT Students' Club in association with VESLit Circle (Literature Circle) and IQAC organized a poster-making competition named Kalakaari at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology (VESIT). The theme of the competition was Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Zero Tolerance. The competition was held in the Language Lab at 12:30 pm, and there were 9 entries submitted by the students of VESIT. The posters were made using different mediums, and some of them were digital posters. The competition was a part of VESLit week, which was full of various literary events. The students were enthusiastic and excited to participate in the competition. They were seen brainstorming ideas and discussing their approach to convey the theme through their posters. The submissions were impressive, and it was evident that the students had put in a lot of effort and thought into their creations. The posters were not only visually appealing, but they also had a strong message that conveyed the theme effectively. The competition had three cash prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions. The winner of the first prize would receive 3K, the second prize winner would receive 2K, and the third prize winner would receive 1K.

The judges of the events were Dr.Manisha Tiwari and Mr.Vijay Shejwalkar .They evaluated the entries based on various criteria such as creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall impact. The judges found it difficult to pick the winners as all the entries were of high quality. The Kalakaari poster-making competition was a great success, and it provided an excellent opportunity for the students to showcase their artistic skills and creativity while also promoting the importance of ethics, code of conduct, and zero tolerance policy. The competition was full of enthusiasm and excitement, and it was evident that the students thoroughly enjoyed participating in it. The competition was not only beneficial for the students but also for the organizers, as it provided them with an opportunity to showcase their organizational skills. The organizers ensured that the competition was conducted smoothly and without any hassles. In conclusion, the Kalakaari poster-making competition was an excellent initiative taken by the VESIT Students' Club in association with VESLit Circle (Literature Circle) and IQAC. The competition encouraged the students to think creatively and promote the importance of ethics, code of conduct, and zero tolerance. To further give impetus to the awareness of the ethic,code of conduct and zero tolerance among the students of the institution the posters were displayed .
